Mr Emoto proved that our thoughts and emotions are powerful and can be seen through his great pictures of water crystals viewed thru the microscope.It is so easy to write LOVE and GRATITUDE on a post-it and affix it to a glass jar and fill it with water and let it sit for awhile. You can also say, ‘Thank you’ and other blessings to the water. Then when you drink the water you are taking in beautiful vibrations and again be mindful and grateful.Mr Emoto has given humanity a wonderful gift and a great perspective.

For Children: a fun activity - have child draw a picture that contains the word LOVE. Take this and get it laminated and then you can use it as a placemat for a glass bottle of water. The Love will be imparted into the water. Prayer activity for children.

Teens - when a person sees the impact of music on water and plants then they are more apt to choose health producing music.
